Approximate Destinations
Our Schedule is not firm but we have a good idea where
we plan to be.
May, 2004 - Sedona, AZ
June, 2004 - We will park our RV in Los
Angeles and fly to Chicago the 1st week for the Book Expo
America (BEA) Convention. After the convention we will fly
back to Los Angeles and start East again. We will spend
time at the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Petrified Forest
and Painted Desert. We'll make our way through New Mexico
and on to Houston Texas to register our vehicles.
July, 2004 - We will be in St. Louis by
the 10th for a Wedding of two very special friends, Allen
and Ellen. Since they have not invited us on their honeymoon
I guess we'll have to have our own honeymoon. We then drive
to Traverse City, Michigan to visit our great friend from
BEA, Rebecca, we'll stay about a week and then off to Chicago
to catch a plane to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for the wedding
of the daughter of our close friends, Dennis and Christy.
August, 2004 - The 6th through the 12th
we'll be in Cabo San Lucas at the mercy of the Blender Boy,
Dennis. After Cabo we will fly back to Chicago and get our
Rig and Pets out of storage. Then off to Nashville, Tennessee
to try our hand at becoming Country Music Stars, okay not
really but we are going to visit one of Fene's old Air Force
buddies and meet her 7 year old son, Nathan.
September, 2004 - We'll hang out around
Tennessee for a while waiting to see if some friends from
Washington can come join us to see the Changing of the Season.
October - November, 2004 - We'll mosey
on back to Sedona to have Thanksgiving with Dennis and Christy
amongst the Red Rocks and Vortices.
December - January, 2004 - We'll start
our planning for full-time storage of the rig and moving
us, the animals and all our worldly goods to Boquete, Panama.
It will be quite the delicate dance as we have to have our
Pet records validated at the consulate, arrange ocean transport
for our goods and be on a plane within 10 days of the consulate
stamp. We'll be ready for a little paradise by the time
we get there.
January - May, 2005 - We will spend our
days in a rental unit watching our new home be built. Not
much to do but play golf, hike, update the website and write
a book about our adventures...or something like that. We'll
try to keep busy, it is Paradise after all.
May, 2005 - Off to Scotland with friends,
Dennis and Christy for 2 weeks of Scotch tasting (well that's
what we told Marilyn).
