 Antelope Canyon is an amazing feature that miraculously pops up out of the landscape without warning. |
 Our tour company had these awesome four wheel drive trucks that easily cut through the thick sand - it was just 20 minutes out of town. |
 14 people in each truck. |
 The entrance was very unassuming. |
 And then the colors began. We were there about mid-day with the sun directly overhead. |

 The top was about 25 feet above us. It is amazing what a little water can do. |
 |
 The sun spots are world famous. |
 So I had to stand in one, of course. |
 Copycat. |
 Almost like a sign from the heavens. |

 When sand falls from the top it just seems to dance in the sun spots. |
 This is called the corkscrew formation. |
