Leaving Tennessee and Heading to South Carolina

Before we left Tennessee we stopped in Pigeon Forge, the hometown of Dolly Parton. We took a helicopter ride over the Great Smokey Mountains - what a beautiful area.			It looks like a small model but it was a real Putt Putt course.
What a blast!	We stopped in Raleigh North Carolina to visit friends. The forests were fun to walk in.			We headed to Charleston byway of Myrtle Beach. Marilyn had spent many vacations here as a child - it was fun to see her walk around and recognize places that she went years ago.
The beach was amazing - hotels everywhere but we were there after the season so there were not many tourists.		Charleston was a beautifully old city. You could almost smell the history seeping out of the cracks in the sidewalks. We would definitely come back here again.
The beautiful homes along this boardwalk were 100s of years old and still stunning.		A lot of Art Galleries in the downtown area.		Oh right, it was halloween - can you tell.
