Panama September 2006

We stayed in a great apartment in Panama City while we were waiting for our Container to arrive. Zoya and Dahlai made it just fine through customs. Here Dahlai has found her own space to enjoy all the new sounds and sights.		The new Centenial Bridge. The only bridge across the Panama Canal has been the Bridge of the Americas for years - now we have the Centenial Bridge.	Great Design	On the bridge overlooking the Panama Canal
	We took a tour into the forests of the Canal. We were picked up by 2 Embera Indians in their dugout canoe. We were going for a waterfall swim and then to their village for lunch.		We were on the water for about 30 minutes. It felt like we were going back in time. There is nothing out here.	We hiked for about 30 minutes and came around a corner and saw this beautiful natural setting. We had brought our suits instead of wearing them so we stripped behind a tree and suited up. I could not let this opportunity to touch nature this close pass me by.
